A microwave, a writing table, and iron/ironing board in the room and the comfortable bed. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Location just off restaurants and downtown as well as the prospect.

The value for money at Eastin was great. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff treated me with friendliness and efficiency. The location was also perfect, being well-lit and safe.
As for the breakfast option, it could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

I got great value for my money at the renovated Hotel Eastin. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for my event. The highlight for me was the secluded picnic area where I enjoyed grilling with my family. It made my stay very enjoyable and I felt safe throughout.
The only improvement needed would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options on the menu.
